Yellowstone is our new favorite show

Cowboys? Views for days? Whiskey? Fist fights? Wild animals?

I’m sorry, tell me again why this isn’t everyone’s favorite show right now?

Now we all know I’m a country girl at heart so naturally this show would appeal to me.

But really it’s got enough drama, fist fights and good-looking people to be a must add to anyone’s list.

The show takes place in – you guessed it – Yellowstone, and was filmed in parts of Montana and Utah.

No weekends on the ranch, only American holidays. #Yellowstone returns July 11.

Whether we’re watching them ride horses over a ridgeline or fishing on the riverbank, every scene is GORGEOUS.

As for characters, we’ve got some real, raw emotions going on.

Let’s give a round of applause for…

Kevin Costner.

Who is also the producer of this show, by the way.

The past never stays buried. #Yellowstone #ParamountNetwork

I don’t know why, but he nails it as a out-in-the-sticks cowboy every time.

Which I guess is somewhat surprising because he has had liberal stances in the past. Still, the way he plays this role, you would think he was born and raised a Trump-loving cowboy from Montana.

As for the sons of Costner on the show, they each have their own personalities which adds to it. And yes, they’re all easy on the eyes.

But the daughter, Beth – oh my.

This chick does not give af about anything or anyone. Like, literally, she has none to give.

The name’s Beth Dutton. What’s yours? #yellowstone

She’s borderline hard to watch she’s so damn good at her role. She’s cringeworthy, because she can be so evil and demented.

Still, her role as a ball-busting negotiator that rips companies apart definitely adds to the show.

Did I mention nearly every cowboy on the show is fire?

Y’all keep your eyes off Rip though, because your girl over here has already called dibs.

Big sky mood. @colehauser22 #Yellowstone

Don’t worry though, ladies. There’s plenty of cowboys to go around.

How about newest cast member Ryan Bingham?

Besides his cowboy swag, Bingham has the voice of a (whiskey-drinking) angel. If you don’t know what that means go listen to him, and you’ll understand.

New ranch hand Walker aka @ryanbingham_official plays his happy. #Yellowstone

He’s been touring with Willie Nelson and is seriously the best kept secret.

Hello, new additions to your playlist!

Get to recording Yellowstone my beauties, this is one you don’t want to miss.

Yellowstone airs Wednesdays on Paramount channel at 10/9c. Here’s a channel finder to help you find what number it is on your TV.

Oh, one more thing before I let you go — the first episode the opening scene is GRAPHIC. And hard to watch.

Don’t let that deter you from one of the best shows on TV right now, though.

Let’s face it, the rugged life of a cowboy isn’t exactly picture perfect. There’s going to be mud, blood, sweat and tears. And whiskey.

Maybe that’s why the lifestyle is so damn appealing to us all.

Honestly, Toby Keith said it right — should’ve been a cowboy!
